Weidner Apartment Homes Headquarters & Corporate Office

I have been a resident at one of your apartment communities for almost 7 years. This past May my lease was renewed with a $178 monthly increase. Since then we have entered summer, and basically the pool was down all but about 7days since June. I understand the closure while the main pool was resurfaced and regrouped, but it has only been open for 5days since its completion, with many "issues" that keep coming up. Today it is closed because one backwash wasn't working so it needed a shot of chlorine. The backwash shouldn't be an issue. And it is closed "for maintenance" just about every few days, sometimes without notice. Additionally the smaller pool in the back has been closed for about 3 years because of a pump issued. 3 weeks ago the pump was finally replaced. But still not open because of "pump" issue. It has been extremely hot, these pools are part of the package deal when leasing here. We haven't been able to use the pools most of this summer. I would like a refund (the amount of the $175/month increase for June and July( as I see no purpose in this huge increase with the lack of these amenities.
