hi I bought a music headset in nov or so of last year 2022 at walmart for a x-mas gift and just found out they do not work walmart wouldnt take back they told me to get a hold of you I dont have a receipt or box but Ican get a bank statement from my bank from nov of 2022 from walmart of purcase it is a radio shack ear phones I have the catalog number it is1200518 I did not realize they were defected can you please exchange them for me it would make me very happy
