• I didn’t go for pain in any of my teeth but left with severe pain to where i can’t chew on one side and if I try the pain shoots to the other side. I have got work i didn’t need which they admitted to but want refund me. They said the only way to get my refund and etc.. is to sign a non disclosure which is absurd for money that they wrongly took that is mine. The young lady that worked on my mouth completely messed up her work amd messed my mouth up and everyone is just trying to brush it off but what about me?everything that they’ve done wrong they have rightfully admitted, i went solely for one thing but left with severe issues. I’ve been in pain for three months

• I want to file a complaint with the Humble, Texas 77338 Location for a wrongful surgery referral. I went into this office to get a deep teeth cleaning and report a tooth ach which I was told there was nothing wrong with the tooth but I need my wisdom teeth pulled. I took the referral to another Dentist to set up for the surgery and just before I was put under the dr found my teeth were not needing to be pulled they were perfectly fine. I pointed out the tooth that was giving me issues and another Dr came in to inspect my teeth and told me I have a fractured tooth. I was referred to go see another specialist to see more extensive x-rays to find the problem. I am very upset and disappointed in MINT Dentistry and trust and believe I will be sharing my story to others. This was very embarrassing and I took off work to have this done and this was not a productive day. I am still stuck with this damn pain because this office was not effectively competent to do their job. I will be contacting my insurance carrier and letting them know the charges this office charged me was not performed because I was also told the deep cleaning was not done properly. Yes, I had them re-evaluate my teeth for the cleaning and found through pictures it was not done.
