• Referencing my letter to you dated Friday, March 3. Regarding my experiences at. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio by AT&T Center
  I sent the manager Mr Gajera an email also on Friday, March 8 I have not received a reply.
  I copied you on the email. I have not received a
  Reply.
  Basically, no coffee or hot water in the breakfast area. Two heated trays and only one had food in it which was potato wedges nothing in the other side. When I tried to find employee, she basically said that’s just too bad. The guests that were there were extremely unhappy, as was I. Absolutely no help from the staff.This is quick a summation of the email I sent you earlier.

• My stay was completely horrible, from the time we checked in to the time we checked out!!! We stayed at LA Quinta in Las Cruces off of hickory, right across from McDonald's, the messilla one. We stay 4 days and 4 nights, and we had 3 different rooms!! The first one was very disgusting with pee spots all on the floor of the toilet, then a dead Cockroach on the restroom floor, and no remote!!! The next morning day, there was baby cockroachs, so it was infested with through out the room itself!!! I let the staff know I wanted to speak with the manager and their was none in sight or on premises!!! Keep in mind I rent from Wednesday to Sunday, and this was already Thursday and no manager was there to help me!!! So they moved me and my 2 children to another room. Well this room was supposedly just cleaned but the air wasn't connected, so I had the maid connect it, and we left!!! The weather was up too 109° this weekend and we were there for a baseball tournament, so we needed the air on, we'll we get back super late just to shower and sleep. The next day which is already Saturday morning, I hear water dripping to the point it wakes me up, and a horrendous smell of molded waster!!! The A/C unit was leaking and soaking the whole floor!!! At that point I had to get my kids up and had to leave!!! We came back early that night and once we walked in all you could smell was that nasty molded water smell!!! Both my kids are severely asthmatic, so that would have affected there health!!! I went to the front demanding to speak with a manager but nothing!!! The girl at front desk asked if she could go to my room and see what I might by the smell, and right away she said " I can move you rooms"!!!! So I said ok, we waited 45mins for her to find me and my kids another room, which when we got the room it was barely cleaned and it had no towels or anything!!! The maid that was cleaning had her child there running in the hallway like nothing, and keep in mind she was still cleaning rooms at 7pm when check in is at 3pm!!! Maybe that's why rooms are not properly cleaned because they allow the staff to bring their children!!! So they're more interested in entertaining their kids than doing their job!!! I have pictures and videos of my experience, and I have yet talked to the manager!!! She's never there to take my call!!!
