Due to the impending transfer to Workday, we are required to have full vendor contact information including email address for remittance and ACH (direct deposit) info and completed current W9. A new Vendor Setup form including instructions and ACH form has been created and I have attached here for your reference along with a Current W9 fillable form for you to keep on hand going forward.
