What occurs when my order is submitted?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Due to order volume and supply chain issues, allow at least 4 days for processing and shipment. Email updates regarding shipment progress and any backordered or sold out items will be sent to you.Find Out More

How do orders get shipped?

Orders are currently shipped by ground via UPS, FEDEX, and USPS, among other carriers. Orders cannot presently be delivered to APO/FPO addresses or by expedited shipping methods. Please allow 8–9 days for delivery for orders from Alaska and Hawaii. Find Out More

After my order has been submitted, can I edit it?
You can request an order change by contacting Customer Service with your order number if you need to make changes to your order before it ships. We have the ability to alter the shipment method, lower the quantity of items, or remove things from your order. Regretfully, we are unable to add more goods or increase the quantity on an order.
