I'm Marlene Upchurch...a respectful fintwist card holder. Your bots made a huge mistake today, and its costing me dearly.
I went online to pay my water bill this morning, but the transaction was rejected by the water company online pay portal. Shortly after, the amount came off of my fintwist card.
I called the water company twice, and they was very considerate to look deep for the problem. My payment is not there, and it should have showed up immediately if it was there.
I called fintwist twice today also. Your phone attendants are very disturbingly hard to understand. I was told to wait 7 days and file a dispute. With who? The water company dont have my $82.27....fintwist has my $82.27.
I worked my butt off for that little piece of money. PUT IT BACK ON MY CARD PLEASE...SO I CAN DO WHAT I NEED TO DO WITH IT.
THAT MONEY ISNT PENDING...ITS HUNG UP ON YOUR END.
You all arent any help at all. Im very dissapointed with fintwist.
