The Triple-S Management Corporation (TSM) —commonly known as Triple-S, or SSS— is an insurance holding company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, which offers a wide range of insurance products and services in Puerto Rico through its wholly-owned subsidiaries. The insurer operates through its Triple-S Salud (TSS) and Triple-S Advantage (TSA) subsidiaries — licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association– to provide traditional managed care products (HMO and PPO), accident and disability coverage, and Medicare and Medicaid plans. Its Triple-S Vida subsidiary offers a wide variety of life, accident, disability, health and annuity products in Puerto Rico and its Triple-S Propiedad subsidiary offers property/casualty insurance including commercial and individual coverage.
