Your location at 2157 MacArthur Rd in Whitehall Pa completely scammed us. Before I submit a consumer complaint with the attorney general I wanted to give you a chance to fix it.
Very displeased with the service or should I say the service that was said to be done that never was on my car. Took my 2023 Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change. Was said the service was done, but the check oil sensor kept going off afterwards. Gave them a call for it to be reset like any normal person would do. Repairman had to watch a YouTube sitting in my car to even shut it off. If that was the case I could have done it myself. I give them a call recently for another oil change & I am told they don’t carry & never have carried the required oil to do an oil change on my car. So I am absolutely confused & baffled at this revelation revealed to me. So how did you service my car the first time? Technician could not answer that question, because once again they do not carry the oil he stated he always tells his customers to go to the dealership. So not only was my time & money wasted initially, had it not been for him being honest I could have potentially wasted my money yet again! Never had a problem with the Jack boys. Always went to this same spot for years with every car so them playing in my face really hurt & I will never return because of it. So many things could have went wrong with my car driving the distance I do with no oil change for over 6 months basically! As a company please do better in educating your team on communicating things like this to your loyal customers!
I recently had work done on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe at the Kingston location. They put a new thermostat in and other things like tires, inspection etc. My bill was almost 3,000 dollars. After I got my car back the check engine light was on and my thermostat gauge was reading cold
I took this car back 4x because of this they kept resetting the computer told me it’s nothing.
I ended up stranded on the interstate with my wife and 3 small children. I ended up getting help after a few hrs on the road. It’s now at the Berwick location getting looked at which it’s been 3 days now since they told me their mechanic would be there I dropped it off Monday it’s now Friday. I haven’t heard nothing.
My car ended up blowing out black thick smoke from under the front end. My antifreeze has been boiling. I want this rectified. And I don’t think I should be paying more money into something that should have been done the first time around. This has happened to us numerous times the last couple years. My family and I always trusted you’s and now not so much. I’m now renting a car I can’t really afford considering the bill we had with you’s and recently moving w 3 small kids and 2 big kids and my wife and I. I’d appreciate if you would help resolve this matter.
