• Hi Purchased a new pair of Ray Bans at your St Johns Newfoundland Canada location in the Avalon Mall on Jan30 2023. On March 6 I tried to clean my glasses with the provided cloth and the lenses on the right broke I tried to find my bill with no success I had the Ray Band box and the bag from Sun Glass Hut but no bill. I figured that sense the store had taken my info including my email and phone number I would be ok. I went to the store talked to the manager who informed me they have no information on me on that date or any other so she would not honor the warranty.

  I paid with my debit card on that date, I contacted my bank who confirmed that I had indeed paid Sun Glass hut 330.05 on Jan 30 but your store has absolutely no record of this. What do I do? obviously there was no GST or HST paid on the money I had paid to your store. Why is my information not in your system? What happened to the money I paid which CIBC confirms was paid to your store?

  I have made numerous attempts to talk to someone on the phone without success I need a solution for sunglasses that I wore once.

• Truly disappointed I currently have an ongoing issue with Sunglass store 3265 since November store keeps neglecting the ticket.
