Incorrectly installed windshield. 17 May 2023 Safelite technician replaced my cracked windshield on my 2015 Silverado. It was placed to low, 1/4 inch on driver side and 1/2 inch gap on passengers side from window to roof line. Bottom rubber seal does not fit properly due to sitting to high on window, and VIN is not in clear view window anymore. Please fix my window correctly!
I’m battling with them too. Screwed up my windshield wipers 2 1/2 months ago not fix yet after 4 attempts. Now telling me 6-8 more weeks. BS!!!!

Since 25 Nov 23 I have had 5 appointments with your company to repair my windshield on my 2019 GLC Mercedes-Benz. To this day I'm still waiting for my windshield to be repaired. My windshield was replaced with the incorrect windshield 5 times. On 30 Dec the windshield was installed incorrectly and as a result I have a water leak in my car. The windshield still doesn't fit.
