1st time customer. Ordered a steak hoagie with mushroom sauce, cheese & onions. The young man that answred (didn't appear to know what he was doing-maybe new) asked if i wanted Pizza sauce. I said no, mushroom sauce, cheese & onions only. picking it up in drive thru wasn't a problem. When I got home, it had mushroom chunks, mushroom sauce, banana peppers onions & cheese .A female answered when I called the store-(Lebanon, Ohio) and said she was the manager ( I didn't get a name) I told her my issue, explaining with high cost of food these days, and being a first time customer, I just wanted to let her know. She looked my ordered up and said I ordered something different. I said no, & repeated what I had I ordered. She offered to remake the sandwich, I said that I was already home and didn't want to drive back. She then replied "If you don't want me to do anything about, thank you for the feedback and for wasting my time!") I told her I thought They would want to know. She then replied that she could give me a credit should i ever want to come back in. I thanked her for giving me a credit and apologized for wasting her time. Pick up Order #42 on 8/19/2023 @ 4:00 p.m.
