• Customer service gave false information to a disable senior breach unlawfully policy of company and customer

• Spectrum owes me over $500 Im about to take to Instagram to my 1.5 million twitter to my 1 million and to tiktok to my 2million followers and do a spectrum boycott. Yall customer service is a joke. And none of them deserve jobs. I need my money. and im not the only victim of you guys. There are several. Someone contact me about my money before #boycottspectrum starts trending

• Spectrum should get out of the politics of Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Have your offices not realized that most people are not interested in being forced to accept this garbage, especially on the news sites, Channel 13 in particular..

• Spectrum is a piece of shit company!!! Customer service personnel are all assholes. !!!
  i have been unable to pay my bill by phone or online, then they want to charge a late fee when their system is not working !!!wtf kinda joke is that

• I canceled my service because my internet was always slow and I could never be on two or more devices at the same time. I had someone call me from spectrum he took a $32 dollar payment over the phone and I said I wanted to cancel services and that I was taking my equipment. So now I get calls every day and bills saying that I need to pay my balance. I do not have any balance if I canceled over the phone now they’re saying I owe $132.00 DOLLARES for two months. I have my new internet company bills from WOW to prove that I have them for the last two months. Still when I went to drop off my equipment the representative in the Athens Al location was rude and said it will go on collections. Just a bad experience all the way. I have another account for tv and internet for my parents home after today I will be looking to cancel that service as well because this company is just so bad!!!

• The Spectrum commercials are so incorrect. You advertise that "you do everything to keep costs down". That is such a joke!! Our bill went from $90 to $100 and then $145!! What a ripoff! And now we cannot watch Monday night football because of losing channel 7. We will be cancelling our service.

• I, among so many other customers, am shocked at the gall Spectrum has to have had daily outages in my area 28466, and throughout the state and not had the common courtesy and professionalism to let the customers know why. No explanation. You just don't care. Well I'm not making an empty statement. I'll be so glad to cancel my service prior to the beginning of the next billing cycle and will make sure none of my businesses and complexes have Spectrum access. A complete ripoff.

• I am tired of people calling my home under assumed names and when you answer, it's a spectrum person selling the service. If this continues, I am going to contact FTC for false business practices. I have two phone numbers that I took off my phone. These people are using other names instead of Spectrum. One of the headings on my phone was Atrium Health, by the way is the name of our hospital here. This has to stop,, and I have the two phone numbers that did this.

• I am being forced to pay full price of a Z Fold 4 phone when it was returned to Spectrum with a warranty defect. The phone did not have the screen damage when it was shipped via FedEx back to the Spectrum warehouse to access the defect. They sent me photos of how they claim the phone was received and never sent pictures of the packaging that was received however from the receipt of the delivery from FedEx they charged full amount of a brand new phone to my account and never addressed the warranty defect. Now if the full amount of phone and my monthly is not paid they are going to suspend my service and send my account to collections. Not willing to make any arrangements or amortization. The fact that they cannot show me pictures of the packaging that was received to the warehouse leads me to believe the warehouse damaged my phone and claimed if was damaged upon receipt so that they would not have to do due diligence by sending it back to Samsung for review and put the blame on a innocent good paying consumer. They are worse than scam artists.

• Spectrum placed an order against my account with no authorization, I asked to cancel my internet service as
  spectrum is not competitive as to price or availability.
  The new order was placed by spectrum , as told to me by a supervisor, and said they would listen to my recorded cancelation call and be clear ..would tell nothing about their investigation, Rude fraudulent behavior.
