• Good morning!
  This is concerning your location on Hwy 295, Spartanburg S. C.
  Twice this week, once at lunch and once last night, both times they had run out of some food that goes with a meal. Last night it was dirty rice. I waited 7 minutes at the speaker with no one acknowledging I was there. Then by the time I got my 12 piece supreme chicken meal, I was there 45 minutes. I watched 4 cars get in line and drive off before they got their order.
  This is pretty much the normal for them.
  There is one black male manager that is very good.

• I was told 3 weeks ago to expect a refund or my order replaced and nothing has been made right

• My name is miss Antoinette Davis , I drive through no one came to assist me, so i started to blow my horn no one still didn't assist me, So i drove to the window the window was open ,still i blow my horn again, and no one came then suddenly Josiah came to the window and he said , they only had two employees and they weren't serving anyone so the person behind me was served.But Josiah still was served people.So i went back to the window,Josiah said i was rude Josiah slammed the drive through window,am being banned from the property .on 6/13/23 call me at 704-892-8996 i was coming to get me something to eat am a disbet. the food is not good like it was .

• I’m very dissatisfied with the quality of chicken I received at the Upward rd Hendersonville location ordered a family meal. The thigh that was in the box looked like it came off a hummingbird and the tenders looked more like chicken fries. This isn’t the 1st time either. The quality of the chicken has really went downhill

  The worst experience ever. I order online at 11:22am est, stated approx delivery time 12:01pm, 12:35 food not here yet, I drove to this store to request manager lady working from register stated she was the manager and she just started. She stated there was NOTHING THAT SHE COULD DO FOR ME AND THEY DONT DO REFUNDS, THIS WAS AFTER WAITING IN LINE FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES (CHECK THE CAMERAS PLEASE) she then walked away from me and had the very unprofessional guy working drive through come over only to make matters worst! I ask him for corporates number, he stated they didn't have a cooperate number, ask for the managers name it made something up and told her name was TOYA.. no one was wearing a name badge. ALL he kept saying was a dark skinned man just took your food, well its 50 minutes later. I am requesting a refund and I am never patronizing this store ever. I have been in customer service for over 20 plus years and never have I ever. Must I add he continue to add fuel to the fire by arguing with me as i was walking away. They were short staffed and I understand being short staff I work in a office with 6 providers but still the level of un-professionalized that they showed in your establishment is shameful and disgraceful. I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company

• 10/26/2.23 im in shelbyville ky....i just drove thru to get a country ham and egg biscuit "2" got home...theres no egg on either and the biscuit is so hard it falls apart when taking a bite...this store has gone to fast
