• I need someone to call me back . I rent a storage unit from your company and want to know why is it so hard to make a payment. I tried to make my payment online on 16 th 17 th and 18th and put my info in your automated system on line and everytime it got to the end of prosses and hung up on me so now today on the 24th i finally have the time to come pay it and the lady working can not explain nothing to me at all about whats going on with my payments not to mention i did not sign up for my bill to be 70 bucks a month it was suppossed to be 56 a month. And then ive been trying to pay it and now im being charged a late fee. Wat the hell. Its not the first yet. And i need someone to call me bk asap at 6822033671

• I lost my storage space a few months back and I’m just receiving a final bill that includes all the notes from LIFE STORAGE EMPLOYEES!! Lol let me start by saying first off the last 4 years I was renting a space have been the most difficult years of my life as my 16 year old daughter passed shortly after we entered a contract with life storage. So all of her belongings pictures etc were in that storage unit. I expressed this on several calls when I would get contacted for payment. You guys are the most insensitive sorry SOB I have ever encountered in my life. After reading these notes I hope George Kimber and James Stewart as well as Ronald Randall I hope those 3 go through 1000 times worse than I have. They are lying insensitive pos who didn’t want to work with me and just wanted me to get my stuff and move from the company units as notes stated. So who gives a flying fun that my daughter died after we went through a very hard year of her fighting bone cancer!! All they’re concerned with was me not knowing how to communicate and collecting money. YOU GUYS ARE DISGUSTING. My daughters dress that was I. There alone cost $2500 and a TV that was $3000 plus all the other expensive items it held in that storage unit and you have the audacity to continue contacting me to collect more money!!?? This whole company can go to hell and rot. I hope you all loose a young child I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. Signed a very angry, bitter, hurt MOTHER and ex customer of a money hungry company. Go **** yourselves!!

My name is Ireca McQueen and I'm expecting a call back from Rod Fault. I believe I spelled the name correctly..... I've been a member since 2018 and my rates are horrible expensive.... Please tell me why with the history I have with you and no complimentary incentives offered or attached..... This is a Trillionaire company whom which is expanding all over the world and I'm loosing monies with horrible late fees attached but I still pay..... Can someone higher answer back to me...
