  ry 5 ,2023 and I saw two young people a man and girl in the mens shoes they each had about five pairs and than Exit out your fire door and stole them

• I am a burlington credit card customer. I purchased three items and tried to return them. I used my old debit card I lost and the bank issued me a new card and number. The clerk at Burlington store located in North Riverside, Illinois did not put my telephone number in the system. I spoke to the manager and she refused to give me credit for the merchandise I I purchased, I asked where was the return policy that should be posted at the checkout line. They have several signs posted saying no layaways until futherr notice. I feel that the return policy should be posted. The manager said it was on the back of the receipt in small writing. I fell that they should honor my returns. I have been shopping at this store in North Riverside for many years and never had this issue before. At this point this is not good customer service, to lose a good customer over a few dollars. I called thj Customer service number 855-355-2875, and the lady said she did not know the corporate email address, so I looked it us on the web. I told her this was bad customer service when she would not give me the email address. The supervisor was on a lengthy call and would get baclk to me, when they were closing in less than ten minmutes. I informed her of the time, she said if the supervisor didn't call me today, she would call me tomorrow. Bad customer service

• Burlington Atlantic Mall Brooklyn NY is ridiculous! We're on a line for hours because they don't want to open up registers & to top it off they deny customers use of the bathroom. So disrespectful & inconsiderate. They wouldn't do this on the upper East side We Deserve Better.
