Please find attached a donation letter for the Canton Chamber of Commerce Annual Auction Gala. Our gala will be held on September 29, 2023, and we sincerely hope you will help us make it a success. A fun night aboard the Ovation Yacht will be had by all as we celebrate all the wonderful work we do within the community. We are hoping you will be able to support us with a donation that we will use for our raffle drawing, silent auction, or live auction. Your donation, no matter the size, will help make our event a success and help us raise funds so that we can continue offering/supporting our many programs that benefit so many in our community!

If your business would prefer to make a monetary donation to support our event, please make checks payable to the ‘Canton Chamber of Commerce’ and mail them to the address below. Your donation will then be pooled with other donated monies and used to purchase items that will be used as prizes during our event listing you as the donor. For your records, our Tax ID# is 38-2087835.

Your business will be recognized as one that took this opportunity to help us by being acknowledged on our Chamber website, in emails to our community members, in various signage, and on the night of the event.
