Hi my name is mrs.mee Wagner I have life insurance policy for my mother from aaa life insurance and my agent has call on my behalf for death claim policy for my mother. The employee that work for aaa life insurance had sent out the first check to the wrong address without calling me to confirm my address. I have been calling every weekend to check to see if I was be able to get another check. I have filed a complaint to one management name Sara but all she said she’ll directly deposit into my account instead of waiting period of time waiting for the second check. I already wait over a week now and there’s nothing directly deposited into my account. I have waited for my claim policy for my mom checks for one month and three weeks now.
