I fell out of one of your store provided chairs on December 15, 2022 at the outside patio area which was made out of plastic like the other provided chairs at the 100 W Ontario location. My ticket number is 49365 at 1:16pm. I have suffered some discomfort from the fall and would like to receive consideration for the unsafe conditions.
