Luna Flooring Headquarters & Corporate Office

Hi good morning I am a customer and I bought flooring for my basement , the salesman came to my house and showed myself and my wife the samples of the flooring and he also showed us the underlayment and said that all this will come with the flooring. he wrote the order up and said just sign on the computer pad and give me the deposit and they (LUNA) will install the flooring. while he was here we also choose the color or the flooring and to which rooms the color would go. He said I made a mistake and i will send a correction and get the right color to the proper rooms. that was never done. He never showed me the contract and said I will send it to your email.when the installer came they first to get the rest of the payment before diong any work and then sai we have this color going every where except the kitchen which had a different color. I said that is not the case. the Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen had the same color and the living room and the den had a different color. anyway he called someone but it was not Luna because the tepson reached out to me it wes Empire carpet and I did not buy anything from Empire. you dont come to someone's home and lie about the product and show something and bring something else to install. A manager was to call me on Thursday but it's Sunday and no one called. Just laeve this alone and return my money immediately thank you Ajay Singh (703-597-8294
