I have never had a worse experience and I will never use or recommend empire again we had carpet
installed and the job still isn't complete and we have tried to contact the salesman on the job is Kenor Borrlelt and the sales manager name is Jay Panchigar both of these guys will not return our phone calls they just blew us off the trim is the wrong color there were screws under the carpet a scuff mark on our ceiling and metal trim nails all around where the work was done and very large nails left on a window sil and we paid for more trim for the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom and never got them the sails man lied to us several times but you want us to pay full price for a job that is not complete I'm sure nothing will be done about this so I will Hire my attorney and go from there I can't believe how poorly we have been treated the salesman and manager should be terminated how does a major company treat customers this way is beyond me
