I would like to file a complaint, I bought some ice cream at your Rupert store where my wife and I shop all the time.There was no safety wraping or zip band around the top my wife noticed that eveing I had boughten it early in the day, she didn't want it I tried to find the receipt but couldn't in the trash. The store refused to exchange. Even the lady behind me said she wouldn't except it like that. I am very disappointed in Ridley's my # is 7144213788
