• My mother an I was just ASSAULTED BY YOUR MANGER at 7850 Alexander Promenade Raleigh, NC.i need someone to call me IMMEDIATELY. I have my police report and will be pressing charges in the morning and will be calling my lawyer and the media. I have a black eye...she was hitting us in our face with her phone, all because the manger over charged us for chess, then when I said some about it she chases us out side and then hits me and my MOTHER over and over. ITS ON YOU ALL CAMERAS....that is against policy to chase someone out side, that is against the law to then come out side and then fight them with a WEAPON. • Hello, My mother and I was attacked at moes by the "manger on duty" she chased us out side and attacked us with her phone, she used her phone as a weapon....on Thursday night around 8ish my mother and I went to try Moe's for the first time. Everything was fine until it was time to check out. The lady ran us up for a side of cheese and not the cheese on the bowl...yes we was attacked over cheese....so I asked and she said that's how it comes. We went to the car, that's when I noticed it's on the receipt...so I called another Moe's to make sure I wasn't wrong, because I eat chipotle all the time so I know it's a price difference...so I went back in there to ask about the over charge and the manger became angy. So I was waiting for my refund and then the lady who rang us up wrong began to yell at me and call me all types of derogatory terms...so I asked for the stuff back because I don't want a refund because it's becoming to much...so I had gotten my stuff back and as she gave me my stuff back she came around the corner so my mother and I didn't realize what was happening...she was chasing us and then pushed my mother in her BACK because we was heading out of the door, and then the manger came out side and hit my mother in the head with her phone a few times to get to me and everything was happening so fast when I grabbed my mother to get her out of way she hit me in my eye with her phone twice, then in my forehead and jaw...all of this is right out of the Moe's door so it's on Camara...the next day I called the store to talk to the GM about the wrong doing and she tells me there is nothing she can do for me. So I called corporate and they will not respond...can you all help me get some type of response to cooperate...I have pictures of my eye, 2 videos of the ather math, a police report and will be pressing charges, but I at least want my money back for the food that I still have not eaten.... • I visited a Moe's location this Sunday, upon entering it was extremely hot inside. I asked the employees is the AC broke, they commented yes and it has been for 1 month and the general manager, Alejandra told them it was going to be fixed and they did not have a fan inside the restaurant. We ate outside. This type of working conditions is unfair to the employees, importantly.
