I am a life long loyal customer of Winn Dixie and Winn Dixie is my # 1 store of all time . I have a concern and would like to have it addressed at my store ! I have photos and would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me for further information. I have tried the switchboard/ call center with no luck. Thanks I’m advance , I’ll wait for a call or e-mail .
Your store in Eustis Florida is guilty of racial profiling.
I recently tried to door the home delivery from the win-Dixie at 11310 US-301, Belleview, FL 34420 and when placed the order on line my account was charged $140.13 never mind half the items I asked for were either wrong or not delivered and at the end of it my bill was 73.50 and my account is charged 140.13 with no refund of difference and my wife tried to call the store to talk to a manger and approximately 5 hours later a young lady calls back and told us we need to talk to door dash as they the ones who does the shopping and all however win-Dixie is the one who took my money out of my account when my wife requested a manger the young lady said there was no manger’s availability they all went home which I know is BS and then when my wife asked for her name the young lady hung up on my wife
My wife then tried to talk to corporate however it was obvious the call was re routed to a foreign country that also was no help and they told us you need to to wait 24 hrs
This is so unacceptable and un professional
And hope this issues as well staff training or at least a write up to the young lady who was rude and disrespectful to my wife
Tried to order grocerys was knocked off 5 times store is 3 mi away need delivery due to health reasons very rude customer service
