Can I get a american representative in an American call center or the corporate office in Florida call me back my number is 989-430-4697 in regards to an FCC complaint and your guys's 800 customer service number not wanting to do their job it took me over 6 months to get a replacement phone I was told that you guys were going to refund me the price of that and to bring your own SIM card kits that you guys have me send in to you they are refusing to do that I'm still having problems with the replacement phone because you guys sent me the same amount of phone that still have an issues can't get that fixed so I need someone to call me ASAP I'm finally in another complaint with the FCC and the better Business bureau now
