• My name is David henley I work for Darden restaurants and I live in fort myers . I went in the fort myers red lobster on us 41 location and sent my food back 2 times and I wrote the same day to complain about the food because I felt sorry for the server . They have poor management and they are not doing quality control on their food is send the lovster back 2 times and I did not even eat the steak I left my food and paid the bill due to quality . When I wrote I never got a call or email back or anything so I disputed it with my credit card company and I hopefully will get it resolved. Not once did a manager stop to ask why the food was sent back. Not once did they try to make it better. Your management is not good there at my restaurant anything sent back gets automatically a manager to make things right and to correct the situation by any means. I am very disappointed about no response either this goes into further a lack of care for your guests who make it possible for your salaries and pay checks… my check number is 75228

• For as long as I can remember, when Red Lobster was brought up, it was in a negative manner. Several months ago, my wife stopped at the Red Lobster in North Miami (Biscayne Boulevard, approximately 130th Street) simply because she was running very late with dinner, and the Red Lobster was the closest restaurant. Cutting to the chase...the food was great! Since that first encounter, we have ordered various food items from the Red Lobster numerous times, have never been disappointed, and plan on ordering many more times. I encourage others to give the restaurant a try, as I suspect you will be more than pleasantly surprised.

• Bet I work for Red lobster I need to find the website or number the the HR or Red lobster bec I need to make a report short I've worked there for about 3 months or more I've done the past 3 weeks without a single day of work but everybody else in the restaurant has work but we only got one manager The general manager's been out with family issues for the past month and everybody else is a supervisor and I'm not getting any days to work so I can't live I need to report a problem a serious one because this is discrimination because I am the only employee still employed without a single goddamn day of work so someone needs a contact me or give me some information before I contact the EEOC because this is discrimination and I don't want to lose my job because I just got it and I love it but I don't want to have my hand forced but you know what I'll sit here and wait 6 months for a single day of work if I don't get it I'm going to do a report to the EEOC I have no other choice because it is discrimination The employees on the cook line has cooked or having 5 days a week I've got zero I've got proof I put it on my Facebook for my friends to see it cuz Facebook keeps days and time index for you so if it does go to court I win
