How is DoorDash operated?

DoorDash links you up with the greatest local eateries. Is it possible to plan a delivery in advance?
Indeed. Just choose Scheduled to choose the day and hour you want your meal delivered before clicking Place Order. Once you’ve decided on a time and date, click Place Order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • I just purchased a sub enough for the second bite realize there was paper from the meat in my sub. I would certainly like someone to reach out to me immediately.

  • I purchased a gluten free sub on Sept 3 from the app. When I got to the store the associates told me that they didn't have any gluten free bread. I didn't get my sandwich which I paid 11.64 for. They told me that they couldn't give me a refund because I purchased it on the app. I contacted the company and never heard back. I did the survey with my complaints and nothing. I contacted them the other day as well and it said I will hear back soon. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. Now when I go back to my receipt and click on the contact us button, it says the site can't be reached. This wasn't my fault and want either a credit on my rewards or a refund. The app needs to be updated if the store I'm ordering from is out of things. I'm very frustrated trying to get my money back.
