What is the problem Coast Dental. Have you no one who can get billing correct . Years ago you harassed me with final notices as high as $1000. 00 you errantly said I owed and finally when the dust settled I owed almost $0.00. Now here we go again.....3 visits ago I was paying $47.60 for services every 4 months then the exact same services went to $54.60 2 visits ago. On my last visit I was charged $27.40 for these exact same services. I asked the office manager to check and see if this was correct (I thought a mistake was made in my favor and wanted to pay the proper amount. She looked at computer and stated the "insurance co. was compelling Coast to bill for 4 quadrants" hench the change. MetLife for years has been telling me Coast was overcharging me for services. Now I get a notice via USPS that I owe $74.40 in addition to the $27.40 paid on day of services ($101.80 from $54.60 from $47.60 in 2022.). REALLY? What is the problem with COAST? I expect a complete research of charges I have paid over the past 10 years as well as a plan of action from COAST to insure ALL Coast customers are not getting overcharged! Lawyer?? Class Action??
