• Any other day I was in one of your stores and had an Italian chicken sandwich it's stunk you put some kind of imitation cheese that was not cooked on it the chicken was ice cold the bun was as steel as hell what the hell happened to your store you used to sell good stuff I remember a few years back you stop cheeseburgers real nice cooked with lettuce tomatoes real cheese and the bun was real good what the hell happened you guys are slipping

• We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru AFTER we ordered our food the people were rude and our order was not even right. Piss poor service !!!

• ON WEDNESDAY 04/26/2023 AT 6:10 AM I VISITED THE LOCATION AT 1094 N. MAIN ST IN EAST PEORIA, IL. THE FIRST PROBLEM, I SAT A T THE TALK FOR 15 MINUTES. THE SECOND PROBLEM, WHEN I DROVE AROUND TO THE WINDOW I KNOCKED ON THE WINDOW WHILE A EMPLOYEE JUST STAIRED AT ME. THE THIRD PROBLEM AND THE ONE THAT TOOK THE CAKE WAS THE SECOND EMPLOYEE CAME TO THE WINDOW AND TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT GOING SERV ME AND TOLD ME I WAS THE ONE BEING RUDE. THEM SHE TELL ME I SHOULD HAVE NOT HUNKED MY HORN AT THE ORDER SPEAKER, WICH TELLS ME SHE COULD HEAR ME AND JUST IGNORED ME. SHE USED THE SAME EXCUSE THEY ALWAYS USE, (COMPUTER PROBLEMS) F.Y.I I TRY TO SHOP AT THIS RESTAURANT AT LEAST TWO TIMES A WEEK, DO TO THE AREA THERE'S VERY FEW CHOICES. THEY NEVER OPEN ON TIME AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE COMPUTER PROBLEMS.THEY MAY WANT TO GET THAT FIXED, I GUARANTEE YOU IT'S COSTING YOU MONEY, ALONG WITH THE NASTY EMPLOYEE. SUGGESTION YOU MIGHT WANT TO UPDATE YOU COMPUTERS AND YOU EMPLOYEE'S ,I DONT KNOW ABOUT THE REST OF THE CITY BUT I'LL NEVER SHOP THEIR AGAIN.

• I try to eat there at least once a week. I really have no idea why because they never get my order right.
