Keep what I put down on that tablet evidently you all need the money. And by the way I'm letting the washer go back I can get told 5 months ago that you owe five more payments then you make two more payments and you get told you still have five payments it's totally ridiculous so the washer is going back and I'm going to take a loss on that also but I'll tell you what I will no longer shop with you I will go to Rent-A-Center because their customer service is excellent and they stand by what they say. I've been with your company for well over 12 years I went back when you got new management because the last manager was horrible look like he was having a family reunion in the store but yet he wasn't very polite to other people so I thought New Management would be different but evidently not. There's no customer appreciation for nothing.
