• I am a member at the Aiken Sc location. I have a health issue that causes me to desperately need to do my work out in the pool. Every month there seems to be a issue. The heater more then once and yet here we are again with cold water. 80% of group members are elderly . They can NOT deal with the cold water. I speak to someone (several people) and nothing seems to get some, or no one calls you back ever! Does the company not care about its members? This is the only location with a pool. Can someone please help us with this issue? We are desperate and just need someone to care about our concerns and needs after we sign that dotted line.

• The pool is cold. Why can they not get the pool warm. Seems it is out of order alot the last few months

• The pool water has been in the mid 70s for several days in Aiken SC. There arw often issues with the pool. Management is not responsive. It's a black eye for luxury gym claims. Issues need to be addressed.

• My daughter is a single mother of two she has a memberdhip just down the street where she lives that has child care services but recently they do not uave tue care available! She now is paying for a membership she cant use because she has no one to watch the children i watch them sometimes but my work schedule doesnt work with her schedule so she is waisting money on a gym she can not use amd doesnt want to go to Quakertown thats 50 minutes when there is a gym 1/2 a mile away what can you do.
