I would like to say I'm very disappointed in King Soopers. I have been a loyal shopper for 20 or more years and recently I am making the decision to shop elsewhere.. The employees are not paid enough to bring in people that actually care and that are nice and helpful. Every store is always understaffed and the people that are working plainly don't care because they are overwhelmed. And underpaid. Max 14/15 an hour..... You can make more at McDonald's.... As a customer having to go out and get my own grocery cart from the parking lot come into the store, do my shopping & extremely overpriced items, (((a bag of brine that's normally $4 at whole foods $12 at King Soopers))) have to unload my cart onto the belt for the cashier and then have to bag All of my groceries is a shame!!!!!!. Anytime you ask for help eight out of 10 times the employees can't be bothered. That they're not paying competitive wages is disgusting for the amount of revenue for each store.
And after the holidays that you have aisles full of seasonal, specifically Christmas toys, candy, wrapping decorations, etc. And it's not even marked 50% off????????? Wow! A big 10% or 20% off seasonal items after the holiday is passed. ...... A lot of your customers feel the same way. That's really too bad. I used to love King Soopers..... now I guess I'll shop at Walmart or Safeway. Really disappointing
