I’m a employee at Vons for 8 years!.I have this problem.this mechanic keeps getting our freezer out deli broken.please send best mechanic to all Vons.I care bout my store.my customers.I always want to make things convenient for everyone.my goal is to reach trillion$$$.I care bout this business.my job.it’s my responsibility.my duty to make sure everything is perfect.we are wasting a lot of products.lots of shrinks!..not good!.I always want to avoid that!!.I’ve told so many times to my employees stop wasting.stop ordering too much!!!..let’s focus!!!..but they never listen! Typical.but I’m trying.I’m trying to keep my store clean and organized at all times!.so again please help!! Thank you
Good afternoon my name is Francine Spitzler I'm a long time Von's shopper. I would like to know if it is possible to have your employees to do their restocking of products during non shopping hours it is an Inconvenience trying to shop and get what I need while they are restocking merchandise. Thank you.
I have been a loyal Vons shopper for many years, frequenting the 4627 Carmel Mountain Rd. San Diego store. I usually do all of my shopping in the early morning hours. My comment/complaint is about the recently implemented policy of NO available checkout aisles forcing customers into self-checkout. I find this VERY inconvenient and lengthy. I have zero interest in learning how to be a cashier and bagger. Please reconsider this policy.
