I went to the Jack's tonight in Brent, AL and the person who took my order (I believe was the manager) talked very hateful to me and slammed the to go window in my face.
I ordered 2 dinners and when I got to the window to pay a different person than took my order was taking my money. She only showed 1 email. I said I ordered 2 and trying to ask her if I could get my other meal, but the person that took my order interrupted and hollered that she made a mistake and had a bad attitude. I tried to ask if I was getting 2 dinners and she was even more hateful. I said to give my payment back, I am not going to be talked to like that, and she slammed the window in my face!!
This is totally unacceptable for any reason, I was not hateful or rude, just trying to figure out what was going on, the person taking my money was confused also.
